The location was excellent, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was great to have parking on site, making it convenient to come and go. The communication with the owner was fantastic, and they provided helpful information before our arrival. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the accommodation.
Upon entering, there was a musty smell, but it was explained that there was a de-humidifier. The bathroom had a slight odor as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming cottage in the picturesque countryside. the location was ideal, with easy access to local amenities and a bus stop right outside the property. the host was incredibly friendly and provided useful information about the area. the cottage itself was well-decorated, with comfortable beds and lovely bedlinen. the temperature was perfect, and there was even a heated towel rail in the bathroom. the kitchen was fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and there was plenty of cutlery and crockery. a delightful and cozy place to stay.
Parking may be a bit tight for larger cars, and some noise from other parking vehicles could be heard.

The cozy cottage is conveniently located, just a short drive away from the main town. The owner provided a warm welcome and ensured that all our needs were met. The cottage offers a comfortable double bed upstairs and double size bunks downstairs. The kitchen is well-equipped and the lounge/dining area is spacious. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of having milk in the fridge.

Our hosts were friendly, providing information on local attractions and dining options. The cottage is conveniently located near shops, pubs, and takeaway restaurants. The sitting room is spacious with a large sofa and BT Sport on the TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, ample mirrors, and the whole place was spotlessly clean.

We enjoyed the fact that the owner was pleasant and that there was enough parking for our car. The location, although difficult to navigate, was a great base for exploring the surrounding area.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and didn't fit the bed frame properly, resulting in a lot of noise whenever we moved. The narrow and steep staircase also posed a hazard.

The value for money at Teapot Cottage was excellent, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient, with bus stops right outside making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering us lifts and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been more diverse.

The property we stayed in was not available, so we were accommodated in another property owned by the same host. the house was spacious with four bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen/diner. the host kindly provided transportation to and from the event we were attending, which was greatly appreciated. the location was excellent, allowing us to explore the beautiful beaches, countryside, and charming seaside villages of North Devon.
The outdoor area was still a work in progress and could use some tidying up. it was a bonus to have a space to sit outside on a nice day.

Comfortable, well-equipped cottage in a peaceful location off the main street. Surprisingly quiet with a nice terrace overlooking the garden and countryside. Kids loved the bunk beds and TV. Steep stairs to the upstairs bedroom, but worth the effort.
